FAQ's

What fitness level do I need to take part?

There's no correct fitness level to be to start a fitness regime. What we mean is you can start at any level, you dont need to hit a mythical level first. Our trainers have years of experience and are able to offer adaptations for any exercise. That means any level can get involved and we will taylor the session/exercises to suit.

Do you have changing rooms and Showers?

Yes, we have full access to the Powerleague complex and use of their facilities. Showers, changing rooms and toilets.

Do you run sessions in all weathers?

Yes. We will always run sessions in all weathers. We have several contingencies to deal with wet weather, snow and or any other weather related anomaly. If it's cold outside make sure you wear plenty of layers in order to take off when you warm up. If it's light rain its best to wear a light-weight outer jacket. Remember gloves and hat on those chilly days for warmth. In heavy rain we will run sessions from under the flyover, and or erect a marquee for longer stretches of rain.

I'm interested in personal training, how do I book in to see one?

Our trainers are highly qualified and experienced. To book a free consultation fill in the form on the Personal training page and one of our trainers will be in contact to book you in.

How do I cancel my membership?

We require 1 months notice on cancellations, please send a request to shoreditch@base-fit.uk and we will respond accordingly.
