Bootcamps have been around for a while now. We run the most comprehensive bootcamps outdoors in London, with a whole container full of equipment to utilise

Strength and Conditioning (S&C)

The Session:

 

S&C is based on olympic lifting and conditioning exercises. Expect use of tyre's, prowler, olympic bars and much more

Great if you are looking to get strong, build a physique or generally tone all over

 

Aimed at:

 

Everyone 

 

Ski and Snowboard

The Session:

 

This session is sports specific for those going on a winter snow holiday to get their body's ski or snowboard ready.

 

Benefits:

 

Expect a hard workout in minimal time. Great all over workout tailored for Skiing and snowboarding

 

Aimed at:

 

Everyone, however ideal for those going skiing or snowboarding soon

 

 

Muddy Race Prep

The Session:

 

If you are thinking of competing in an OCR (obstacle course race) then you need this session in your life. You'll learn the best way to tackle monkey bars, rings, flip tyres and all the other skills involved in these races

 

Benefits:

 

You can expect to get improved stamina and endurance, and a stronger upper body for all those arm obstacles. Finally you'll get a new skill set to compliment your new fitness level

Everyone competing in OCR or wants to increase upper body strength

 

 

Lifting Fundamentals

The Session:

 

Lifting fundamentals is the session if you are new to Olympic lifting. We'll teach you all the skills and technique you require to lift safely and effectively

Safe environment to learn how to Olly Lift or perfect your technique

Kettlebell

The Session:

 

Our coach will take you through a full body workout using these great pieces of kit the kettlebell. Learn how to swing, isolate and combine movements to get the best from the kettlebell.

You can expect to get a all over body workout, increased strength and tonage.

Everyone looking looking for a good all over workout in 30 minutes

 

 

Boxing Drills

The Session:

We focus on the conditioning factors behind Boxing, with shadow boxing, bags and pad work along with all the cardio and conditioning professional boxers adopt

Strongman Circuits

The Session:

 

Train like the strongmen do. Expect Olympic lifts, push, pull and carry exercises. Tractor tyres, Beer Kegs etc

HIIT (all types)

The Session:

 

These session are 30/45 minutes of high intensity interval training. They may have a theme attached by way of specific kit or style

The Session:

 

Olympic lifting at its best. Train, improve technique or simply start from scratch.
