Absolutely loving Base Fit. You can’t beat training in the fresh air instead of a stuffy gym and having a proper work out. Lunchtime Tabata is awesome - a full on work out and I still have time to go get lunch afterwards. Great trainers, loads of different classes, super convenient and great value for money too. I highly recommend it to anyone – so much so that half of my office has signed up! :-)

I got introduced to Basefit through a friend and and initially thought it would be too cold to train outside this time of the year. Well I'm now addicted to training outdoors regardless of the weather. Basefit and it's invigorating group energy keep you motivated and be assured that the expert instructors keep it dynamic and fun each day. I learned new ways to move my body and recaptured my childhood agility on the monkey bars. Lunchtime Tabata fitted perfectly into my schedule. Base-Fit offers an extremely friendly, welcoming, hard-working and competitive environment within which to learn new exercises and hone/develop old skills with the help of excellent instructors who all offer something different in their approach to fitness. The general vibe of every class is always lively – the bellowing of outdoor music often makes you feel like you are working out in a festival/rave environment which for me provides a great boost to any session.

Basefit came around at the perfect time for me after I had been looking for a gym that offered a more functional approach to training and preparation for obstacle races. Basefit has answered to all my needs; everything has been fantastic from the training programme to the training staff and members. The sessions are fun but tough, provides opportunity to learn new movements and really pushes you to develop athletically. It's the best thing to happen to Shoreditch in ages!"
