Have you tried our open sessions?

You may have seen on our timetable we have a number of open sessions which run alongside our lifting Fundamentals. These currently run Monday and Thursday at 7.30pm

These sessions are a good chance to hone up on some specific skills you feel you need to work on. One of of our coaches will be on hand to so don't worry if you're unsure of what to do. The coaches are there to help you to improve your technique and to provide programming advice. So whether you want to work towards that illusive first pull up, clean up your clean or snatch technique or work on improving some general strength out side of S&C. They run directly after the 6.30pm class so why not join us and stay on for the session and let us help you to take your training to the next level!

Along side this we also run our lifting fundamentals. During this we run through the basics of the main lifts we focus on during our sessions (deadlift/squat/press/clean/ snatch). These classes are great for everyone. Whether you are new to lifting or a seasoned pro you should try to attend a few of these sessions to ease your transition into our S&C classes, reduce potential risk of injuries and continually improve your technique. During these sessions the coach will access your movement and technique, and provide advice, cues and exercises to help you to improve.

So, what’s stopping you? Come and join us this week and take your training up a notch!
